Hi Roxanne,
Thank you for the congratulations and the same to you. I really thought of you in my prayers. I'm glad your second test more than doubled! I am so happy for you. We don't have an exact date yet, but it will be in December for sure if all goes well. So we're crossing our fingers. I'm on progesterone shots, but it's a different type which is a weekly shot. The second time I took it, I was in so much pain, which was a burning pain that it was difficult for me to sleep, but it dissipated. I'm hoping it won't be that way next Tuesday. But my next sonogram will be the day before my birthday and I'm turning 42. My doctor told me that in my next appointment, they'll measure our baby's growth and development, and I'll have my blood test to measure my progesterone level. This appointment will tell me if I'll be released to my ob/gyn and if I'll continue using the progesterone.
Please follow your doctor's orders and relax as much as possible and think positive thoughts.
Good luck I"ll keep you posted!

mtizi8,
Congratulations on your little miracle! I was so thrilled to read your note this am. The last days for me have been a little rough. I had my first quant on Tuesday and it was 82, my doctor was concerned that it was too low. So after 2 days of stress I went again yesterday am and it went up to 240! So it so far looks like things are okay! I am so thrilled!
When is your due date? Are you on the progesterone shots or suppositories? They told me to stay on suppos. for 9 weeks.
Again, congrats...I am so happy for you! Thanks for all of your support!

Hi Everyone,
I can't believe it, my husband and I saw our baby and it's quite amazing! It looked like a grain of rice that was pulsating and we heard it beating. We saw the sac development, the size of the embryo, and the heart beat rate. They gave us 3 photos of the embryo. This is something we'll always keep as a memento along with the other picture with the 3 eggs (4 to 5 cells). Just in case the kid grows up to ask how he/she came to be, we'll show the pictures. The only thing is that I still have to stay on my progesterone for 2 more weeks until the 8 week sonogram. Good luck ladies! Miracles happen even at a very expensive cost. I think it's worth it. You're all in my thoughts and prayers.
