Used Follistim for 7 days, then Ovidrel after ultrasound showed 2 good-sized follicules and several moderately-sized follicles. Am now in the 2 week waiting period (waiting is killing me). Best of luck to all of you as well!!

I have no words of wisdom for you. Just wanted to comment that this month is my first time using Follistim as well. Good Luck Girl! I got my fingers crossed for the both of us!

History: PCOS w/bad insulin resistance; on glucophage now. Had 100mg progesterone IM 4 days ago and still waiting for cycle to start Follistim- doc recommends 150iu - first round.
Has anyone else had this regimen? I am new to this, not much guidance. Doc has not discussed IUI with me but I see that is common w/Follistim.
Anyone with PCOS successful with Follistim? Just nervous.
