I just checked and it was the same protocol for my fresh cycles....just thought you'd want to know.
So I took 20 units for 10 days and then I took 5 units for 14 days....

I started Lupron on Sept 9th and take it until Oct 1st - I guess it depends on dosage really... I took 20 units for 10 days and then it drops to 5 for the remaining days... honestly, seems like every doc is different in their protocols. (I also am doing a FET currently) I can't recall if the time/dosage was different for a fresh cylce when I've done them.

Hey...I just did a cycle the end of August and felt like I was on lupron forever. I am 39 and started lupron Aug 13. I had a supression check a week later and my estradiol was still too high to start stims and I had a cyst I couldn't get rid of. Never started stims until Sept 5. Felt like forever but I'm told it can take longer to supress for some women. My cycle was cancelled Sept 11 due to poor response to follistim so no lupron for me this time. Try not to worry...I was told it happens alot with lupron.

Does anyone think 12 days of Lupron before starting stims sounds ike a lot?
